Offering include private and group session utilizing therapeutic sounds of 7 crystal bowls to improve mental, emotional and physical well-being. Each Sound Bowl is tuned to the 7 energetic centers within the body and helps to not only bring harmony to the body and mind but also works to release blocked energy.

Walk & Talk

Offering brings the natural, restorative power of the outdoors into the therapy process. This could mean walking along the beach, going for a really easy hike or just walking through a peaceful neighborhood.
