How my journey began

Hey! Welcome, my name is Krystal Williams-Payne (She/Her/Hers), As a licensed therapist and certified yoga teacher, I guide women on a journey toward finding peace within themselves. My yoga therapy practice is designed to help women learn to rest deeply, show themselves compassion, and set healthy boundaries so they can thrive.

One of my signature offerings is the Rest & Reclaim Workshop—a transformative experience combining restorative yoga, mindfulness practices, and boundary-setting exercises to help you reconnect with your inner calm and create a life of balance.

Whether through workshops, private sessions, or online resources, I’m here to support your path to healing, growth, and transformation.

My mission is to serve BIPOC communities towards self-compassion and finding the path to their authentic self.

I have a wife and a cute Boston Terrier! I’m a former chronic binge eater that randomly quotes music and movies mid-sentence and enjoy watching funny dog videos on social media. My love language is great food and live music.

During this consultation, we will briefly discuss the presenting challenges and the important decision (that first step) you’ve taken to schedule therapy or wellness services. You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about working with me. At the end of the consultation, we will decide the next step together
