Where are therapy services held?

Sessions are conducted online or in-person

Do you take Insurance?

Yes. I accept Optum, United healthcare, and Aetna

What is your cash rate? Do you provide a Superbill

$180 per 50min session and yes I provide a superbill at the end of the month per request

How much are wellness services?

All wellness services are in-person, prices vary depending on location

Private yoga $100 include initial consultation to assess needs and outcomes

Yoga Therapy $180 cash pay or you can utilize insurance

Community yoga $20 per person w/ a minimum of 5 people

Sound Healing $33 per person w/ a minimum of 10 people

What is your cancellation policy?

Therapy: If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. You can do this by calling, texting, or emailing Krystal. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancelation fee. After two consecutive no shows/late cancellation your spot with be forfeited.

Wellness: If you and/or your group is unable to make appt., please make sure you cancel within 48 hours beforehand. You can do this by calling, texting, or emailing Krystal.
